Caroline is the co-owner of Oracle Hair and Beauty and has over twenty years experience working in the industry. Caroline’s biggest accomplishment is co-owning Oracle with her business partner Gill. With a strong business sense, Caroline has helped to drive the business forward since it opened in 2010.

“Building a brand and an excellent reputation takes hard work and dedication, which doesn’t happen overnight. I feel so proud watching the team grow and evolve. Every member of our team is different and working out what inspires them, helping and supporting them to meet their targets, is a great reward and confirms that we are doing our job properly. I love our industry and the constant changing trends and knowledge that’s needed in order to keep at the top of our game.
