Today the Prime Minister Boris Johnson, announced that as from the 12th of April hair and beauty businesses can reopen under step 2 of the Governments roadmap.

We have already started to contact clients to rebook appointments and we are doing this in order of priority as we think this is the fairest way.

Clients who were booked in when we went on lockdown will be contacted first and offered an appointment.

Next, clients who had deposits on their account will be contacted for an appointment and lastly we will contact clients who have requested an appointment during lockdown.

After we have contacted clients in this order, we will let you know when our phone lines are open for all other appointments.

We now have to complete patch testing on every client prior to every colour service as insurance companies have changed their policies. We will be completing patch testing on Monday the 12th of April so we can offer colour services from Wednesday the 14th as this has to be completed a minimum of 48 hours prior to a colour service.

Alternatively, clients can purchase a colourstart patch test for £15.00. This test only needs to be completed once, unless your circumstances change. For more information please go to our shop page and search for Colourstart. You can buy these online or in-salon.

We are waiting for the government guidelines on how we can operate, but we anticipate nothing has changed from the last lockdown with regards to working procedures.
