Refund & Returns Policy


We have a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging with any labels and/or retail seals unbroken.

Damaged goods or issues.

We quality check all items prior to posting, however during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. Please contact us at stating the issue and include any photos of the damaged item or issue with the product.

Please give clear reasons as to why you want to return your items. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.

Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?

We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error, for instance:

-If we sent you the wrong item 

-If the item is damaged or faulty 

When we will not refund postage.

We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you. We would highly recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

We will not refund postage costs to return any item due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in the quality testing process. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.

We will not refund the postage on an item that has been used.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
